Q: WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

A: When placing an order, there are three choices: local pick-up, local delivery, or nationwide shipping via UPS. You may pick up your order from our Salt Lake gift Studio during business hours at no additional charge. We hand-deliver along the Wasatch Front from Ogden to Spanish Fork. For home deliveries, if a gift recipient is not available, the gift will be left at the doorstep when possible. Deliveries in Salt Lake County are $8-$12. Extended deliveries outside of Salt Lake County are $10-12 (depending upon delivery zip code). We also offer limited delivery to the Park City area and Tooele County for $15-20. Alternately, we can ship to these outlying areas to assure timely receipt of your gift. We also ship nationwide and standard UPS rates apply. Delivery and shipping fees will be applied at check-out.

Q: DO YOU OFFER SAME DAY DELIVERY?

A: Same-day delivery is available on a case-by-case basis. Additional delivery fees may apply. Please call 801-461-4438 for details.

Q: WHEN WILL MY GIFT BE DELIVERED?

A: Generally, all orders are hand-delivered within 1-3 business days. Orders are also shipped within 1-3 business days. Please make a note on your order if a gift must arrive by a certain date. Please call for pricing and availability for same-day deliveries. If there is insufficient or incorrect address information provided, there may be a delay in delivery and a second delivery fee. You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. You will receive a status email to let you know your order is ready. You may then pick it up or be notified it is being sent with our courier or by UPS.

Q: WHAT ARE THE OPTIONS FOR CUSTOM GIFTS?

A: We specialize in event gifting and hotel room-drop gifts. We know you have ideas and budgets and we know how to mingle the two. Incorporate an event theme, your corporate culture, or your company product for full customization. We love doing custom projects so please contact us for more information.

Q: WHAT ARE YOUR BRANDING OPTIONS?

A: There are three options for branding our wooden gift boxes: laser engraving, full-color UV printing, and fire branding. We are also always happy to add a logo’d hang tag to your gifts. We’re your one-stop shop for branded gifts, merch and swag.

Q: DOES GIFT HOUNDS HAVE A RETAIL STORE?

A: While we are not set up like a traditional retail gift shop, we love walk-in clients because it means we get to meet you in person! We always have a generous assortment of ready-made gifts at every price point, making it easy to just grab and go! Our standard gift assortment is second to none! Or, if you’re looking for a more “custom” style gift, we’re always up to the task of curating exactly what you want. Just know we may need a few minutes to assemble your gift.
