Q: What if I don’t see what I am looking for in your gift selection?
A: No problem. We love the opportunity to either modify one of our existing gifts to meet your budget, dietary restrictions, etc. or we will make you a custom gift from scratch.
Q: Do I need to place a minimum order of gifts or can I purchase just one?
A: Sometimes all you need is one gift, and we are more than happy to accommodate each and every request. Sometimes custom gifting that requires us to bring in special products will require a minimum number of gifts.
Q: How can I get our logo on a gift crate?
A: Easy. Just send us your logo file to get started. We’ll be sure to send you a mock-up, along with pricing based on your quantity.
Q: If I need more than one gift, can I have them shipped or delivered to separate addresses?
A: No problem.Â
Q: Will I be able to approve my custom or branded gifts before they go into production?
A: Of course. We’ll send you progress images and make sure you have the final say on everything about your gifts.
Q: Am I able to personalize gifts for different recipients?
A: Yes. from the simplest way of personally addressing the gift messages, to personalized laser engraving, we can make these as unique as your recipients are.
Q: Can I include some of our own items?
A: Absolutely. If you have letters, merch, business cards, etc., just deliver or ship any items to our gift studio ahead of production.
Q: How can I get branded merch included in my gifts?
A: We’re so glad you asked. We have a gifting division dedicated to all-things merch and swag. Let us source exactly what you are looking for. Whether you inlcude it in all your gifts or not, the rest of the branded goods can be sent directly to you.
