We just keep growing and expanding and we couldn’t be happier about it.   We have two permanent positions available and several temporary positions coming up.  The details for each of them are below.

SALES ASSISTANT

Who: The right candidate will be highly organized, be able to work on their own, and have at least 5 years experience in an office setting.  Ideally, any experience in executive assistance, project management and marketing would be helpful.  This position starts at $11.00-$12.00 per hour DOE.

What:  The job duties include responding to emails, assisting new clients, creating and implementing programs and all-around assisting the sales and marketing team.  We are a small business, so get ready to get your hands in a little bit of everything.

When:  This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.  The hours are flexible, but need to be mainly during regular business hours.  Position starts immediately.

PRODUCTION (GIFT MAKER)

Who: The right candidate will have a natural eye for detail and will take direction well.  You need to be able to be on your feet most of the day and enjoy a variety of tasks.  Someone who is creative and energetic will enjoy this job the most.  This position starts at $9.50-$10.50 per hour DOE.

What:  The job duties include making gifts, organizing shipping and deliveries, and warehouse upkeep. We are a small business, so get ready to get your hands in a little bit of everything.

When: This position is part-time, approximately 20 hours per week.  The hours are somewhat flexible, but need to be mainly during regular business hours.  Position starts immediately.  THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE ABLE TO WORK UP TO 40 HOURS A WEEK FROM MID-OCTOBER thru MID-DECEMBER.

TEMPORARY PRODUCTION ASSISTANTS

Each year as the holidays approach, we hire 10-15 temporary employees that can work anywhere from 15-50 hours per week.  These production assistants will work alongside our permanent production staff in making gifts, stocking shelves, preparing shipments and deliveries, etc.

The hours are flexible — shifts are between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.  Applicants need to have availability around October 16th – December 21st.  $8.50-$10 per hour.
