10 Jul Do-Gooders
Some of our favorite gifts to create are thank you gifts. Whether thanking a client or employee or a friend that did a favor, we love helping share the gratitude. We want to focus more on gratitude by featuring the kind of people who we think deserve a gift. Mr. Rogers said:
When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me ‘Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping.’ To this day, especially in times of disaster, I remember my mother’s wrds and I am always comforted by realizing that there are still so many helpers, so many caring people in this world.
We like to call these helpers go-gooders. With all the news out there that doesn’t bring a smile to your face, we have decided to post about some of our favorite do-gooders. From the world stage to our own neighborhoods, do-gooders are everywhere.
Today’s featured do-gooder is Matt Damon, co-founder of water.org. This organization he brings attention to provides safe water and sanitation to more than 3 million people. #dogooder #thisguydeservesagift #givingisgood
